In honor of Fr. Muller's 50th anniversary as a member of the Society of Jesus, his family has established the "Fr. Bill Muller Scholarship Fund" at Verbum Dei High School.
Fr. Bill joined the Jesuits in September 1962 and was ordained a priest in 1973. Over the years he has touched the lives of thousands of people through various ministries in the California Province. His devotion to educating young men and women to be "men and women for others" is apparent to all who know him. In 2008, Fr. Bill became President of Verbum Dei High School. Under his guidance, the Verb has increased enrollment; increased college acceptances to 100% for graduating seniors; increased fund development; increased corporate partnerships; and, has brought an overall general vision of hope and success to the Verbum Dei community.
